Today, checking things on the blockchain again causes a "lag," but actually, most of the time it's not your poor internet connection; it's the middlemen gasping for air: when RPCs are rate-limited, you have to queue, and if the Subgraph hasn't caught up with the latest blocks, it shows you outdated data, which looks like a sudden rollback. Basically, everyone is using the same pipeline, so when it's busy, no one should rush. Recently, there's been talk about certain regions increasing taxes, tightening or loosening regulations, and expectations for deposits and withdrawals changing. When on-chain activity spikes, the pipeline gets even more congested... Now I get used to checking data from multiple sources to compare, otherwise emotions can be "delayed" and misled.
