I just read something very interesting about Elon Musk's IQ that deserves reflection. A former talent executive at SpaceX, Dolly Singer, was interviewed for a BBC documentary and made some quite controversial statements about Elon’s intelligence.
According to her, working at SpaceX is basically a "naval engineering mission." It’s no exaggeration — she describes the environment as a constant test of body and willpower, where comfort is practically synonymous with stagnation. If you feel comfortable, it means you’re not growing. It’s a very specific mindset that Musk manages to instill in the team.
What I found most revealing was how Singer described Elon’s mental process. She states that his brain processes information at a thousand times the speed of normal people. The way he solves problems completely transcends conventional thinking ability. Basically, Elon Musk’s IQ operates at a level that most top engineers can’t even keep up with.
And here comes the most controversial point: Singer didn’t hesitate to say she believes Elon Musk is smarter than Einstein. It’s not just about having an above-average IQ — it’s about unprecedented ambition. He sees himself as someone destined to be the greatest engineer in human history. That explains a lot about why he can simultaneously develop electric cars, rockets, AI, and brain-machine interfaces.
Thinking about it, it makes sense. While most people see "impossible" as a limit, for Elon that word simply doesn’t exist in his vocabulary. That’s why SpaceX can do things others say are impossible — because the person in charge there doesn’t believe in limits.
Speaking of the market, while these discussions about intelligence and mental capacity continue, BTC is at 76.04K (-2.09%), ETH at 2.08K (-2.64%), and DOGE at 0.10 (-1.20%). But that’s another story.
