Recently, I’ve been caught up in the excitement of meme hype again, and when the narrative picks up, I feel like I’ve missed the whole world… But honestly, the more lively it gets, the more I need to set my stop-loss upfront; otherwise, when my head gets hot, the stop-loss just becomes “next time for sure.” My current simple method: before entering a position, think clearly about the maximum loss I can tolerate on this trade, and if I hit that, I exit—don’t fall in love with the story; if it rises, take some profits in batches to recover the principal, and leave the rest as a ticket to watch the show. The on-chain data tools and tagging systems have also been criticized lately for being laggy or misleading; I just treat them like weather forecasts—use them as a reference, not as navigation. Anyway, I practice less and take fewer trades; missing out is better than losing sleep over it, and making money is less important than sleeping well.
