Recently, people keep talking about data availability, ordering, finality, and a bunch of terms that just make my head spin… I’ve set a main thread for myself: the transaction you see, can others “see” it, can it be front-run, and when is it truly finalized. Basically, three small things: data shouldn’t be hidden, the queue shouldn’t be chaotic, and it shouldn’t be repeated. It’s like waiting in line for bubble tea or grabbing a ride—who’s first, who’s next, whether someone cuts in line, and whether you actually get the ride in the end.

By the way, reviewing the recent collapse of blockchain games also feels similar: once inflation opens the floodgates, studios rush in, and when token prices drop, it spirals downward… In the end, no matter how much you “on-chain,” for players, the finality boils down to: can I withdraw, will it be rolled back, and will the rules be changed on the fly? Anyway, now I pay more attention to these three points when watching incidents, to avoid rushing in too quickly and having my enthusiasm cooled even faster.
