The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) imposed a record-breaking penalty of 1.85 billion yuan (approx $271 million) on Futu Holdings for non-compliance, marking one of its most aggressive enforcement actions. Futu has stated that the matter remains under review and it is engaging with regulators.
