These days, I drew another chart during my review: my position hasn't moved much, but my emotions have been up and down. As for options, to put it simply, the time value is decaying every day; the buyer is racing against time, and if the market doesn't explode, they are slowly "eating" away. The seller seems to be collecting rent, but in extreme cases, getting hit is the most painful, and I, being sensitive to extremes, don't dare to sell too much.

Recently, there's been chatter about rate cut expectations, and the dollar index is surprisingly moving in sync with risk assets—rising and falling together. The more I look at it, the more I feel macro sentiment is tangled, and volatility tends to suddenly amplify. Last night, I really had a moment where I wanted to just quit and uninstall the trading app... but I ended up halving my options position, leaving a small observation position, to let time prevent my emotions from being completely eaten away. That's it for now.
