Just saw that Quantum Leap closed a $200M IPO on NYSE under ticker QLEPU. Pretty interesting timing - they're specifically going after acquisitions in AI, quantum computing, and blockchain. So basically they're raising capital to hunt for deals in some of the hottest sectors right now. The blockchain angle is notable since we're seeing more traditional SPAC money flowing into crypto infrastructure. Wonder if they're looking at actual blockchain projects or more like the enterprise/B2B side of things. Either way, $200M is solid capital to work with for some serious M&A moves in this space.
