Honestly, I’ve been looking for good online games to play with friends on my phone for a long time so I don’t get bored on weekends. Turns out there are plenty of interesting options on Android that don’t require powerful graphics like PUBG or Fortnite. The main thing is that they really pull you in and create a competitive spirit between players.

For example, classic Ludo—remember that from childhood, on paper? Now it’s an app where you roll the dice and move around the board, trying not to let your opponent send you back to the start. You can invite friends and even strangers from other countries. It’s very addictive, even though it looks simple.

There are also great online games to play with friends on your phone, like 8 Ball Pool—which is the mobile version of billiards. You play with real people, and you can climb the rankings at a worldwide level, all right from home. No arcade halls—just your phone and the internet.

I also liked Volley Hangout—it’s similar to a little airplane, but easier. You can play via Bluetooth only with people nearby, or choose a mode against the computer. There are many characters, and each has their own tricks.

Glow Hockey 2 is basically hockey, but for two players on the same phone. The bigger the screen, the more convenient. It’s an old game, but people still play it because it’s simple and exciting.

In general, if you want to find online games with friends on your phone that don’t take a lot of time and don’t wear you out, the Google Play store is full of them. The main thing is to pick what will hook you—and your friends—specifically. What do you usually prefer: strategy or just quick entertainment?
