These past couple of days, I've been a bit confused about farming testnet points.

It was originally just to practice and get familiar with the process, but then I chatted in the group about "possibly earning points," and my mindset immediately shifted to expectation management...
Honestly, I set a stop-loss for myself: no more than two interactions per chain per week, no more than two bridges, and if the Gas/fees exceed the cost of a meal, I stop;
Also, I only do operations that I can reuse on the mainnet, not pure farming.
When I start paying attention to the leaderboard or worry about unsigned transactions before bed, I just cut it off for the day.
Recently, the debate over privacy coins/mixing and compliance boundaries has been pretty intense, and I’m even lazier to touch gray-area stuff.
Anyway, it's just side exploration—don’t risk my main income on it.
Stay calm.
