I muted the group, and suddenly the world was quiet, my phone no longer vibrated constantly urging me to complete tasks, check in, or earn points by hanging around. Honestly, I don’t really want those badges; I just don’t want to miss out, just like the same problem with high leverage: knowing I might lose, but still itching to do it. Being on silent these past two days actually allowed me to review things properly, my positions weren’t as impulsive, and I no longer stared at “50 points remaining” before bed. By the way, the group has been arguing recently about whether privacy coins and mixing coins count as crossing the compliance line. I was going to chime in a couple of times, but then I thought, never mind… I should first redeem this bit of my time from points before saying anything.
