Aave V4 started a capped launch with a two-layer market isolation model that separates collateral across Hubs and Spokes. The initial structure includes Prime, Core, and Plus Hubs, with additional Hubs expected in later phases. Stani Kulechov said the phased rollout lets Aave monitor performance and risk parameters before full deployment.
