Lately, I've been seeing everyone rushing to test the network incentives,刷积分, and guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens... I'm a bit overwhelmed. Cross-chain stuff really isn't as simple as "click once and you're there."

One IBC/message passing/bridge cross-chain, to put it plainly, you have to trust: the source chain itself won't rollback, relayers (the carriers) won't go offline/malicious, the light client/verification logic won't be written incorrectly, the target chain can verify correctly, and plus all those intermediate contracts/multisigs/oracles (if any) won't explode.
Missing even one link can lock up your funds or make you think you've arrived when you haven't.
I take simplicity as a trap: when I see "seamless cross-chain" or "one-click arrival," I slow down first, watch which route is taken, who signs, whether failures will be returned along the same route, anyway I now prefer to confirm more slowly rather than be caught in the middle and be educated together with the bridge.
