🚨 Attention: Enugu State begins full digital overhaul of housing and land transactions

The Enugu State Government has launched major reforms at the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) to improve transparency, accountability, and investor confidence in property transactions.
Governor Peter Mbah has deployed a Governance Delivery Team led by Adenike Okebu to review past allocations, payments, and land records while introducing a fully digital system for future transactions.
As part of the process, all individuals who purchased lands or properties through ESHDC have been directed to register and upload their documents on the official portal:

The government says the new system will provide:
• Transparent online processing
• Faster allocation procedures
• Digital verification of records
• Real-time application tracking
• Certificate of Occupancy delivery within 72 hours after allocation
Residents were also warned not to pay any agent or individual for registration or verification, stressing that the process is completely free.
According to the government, the reforms are part of Governor Mbah’s broader vision to make Enugu one of Nigeria’s most investor-friendly states through efficiency, trust, and digital governance.
