Starting to chase hot topics again, aren't you tired? I'm tired too, so now I force myself to pause for two minutes before clicking to buy. Attention is too expensive; whenever a hot topic changes, my brain follows by changing positions, and the result is not being cut but my own reckless hand cutting myself. Recently, everyone has been complaining that miners/validators are eating too well, MEV and ordering are unfair, basically retail investors can't even queue up to buy tickets, let alone getting in the front row... So I set a rule for myself: watching the excitement is fine, but I don't follow the positions; if I really want to get on board, I write a sentence "Why do I have to buy now," if I can't come up with it, then forget it. Practicing less trading is more difficult than practicing stop-loss, but it's quite effective.
