Every time I get the itch to chase a rally, I first pause and ask myself: Am I using new information, or am I just being pulled along by the K-line? Honestly, if there is real information, it should at least clearly explain "why I must buy now, and why it will be invalid in 5 minutes." If I can't explain it, it's basically just emotions.

My little habit is pretty simple: I first close the order placement window, then check the mempool/packing order for any anomalies (like obvious front-running or repeatedly changing nonces from the same address). If it's just on-chain data tools or tags that look "very hot," I tend to be more cautious. Recently, I've also been criticized for lag and being misled... I’d rather miss out than be the last to act.

If I really want to buy, I’ll try with a very small position first, don’t place the order too hastily, and leave myself some room to cancel. Anyway, I find that if I can resist that 30-second impulse, I usually don’t want to chase afterward.
