Borrowing positions feeling like three steps away from liquidation, honestly it's like sand getting into your shoes—the more you walk, the more anxious you get. My habit is to stop and not add drama first: understand your health score / collateral ratio clearly, don't focus on unrealized gains or losses. Then do three small things: first, split up your position, reduce some debt if you can, don't wait until you "must top up"; second, swap collateral for ones with less volatility (don't chase hot coins as collateral), even if it means earning a little less and sleeping better; third, keep some stablecoins on hand, so you don't get stuck with cross-chain swaps or currency exchanges when you need to top up. Recently, someone explained ETF fund flows and US stock risk appetite as "cryptos should go up / should go down," just listen and don't take it too seriously—liquidation lines are math, not narratives. We'll chat again next time.
