Right now, I don't really believe in the "vision" of projects anymore; I want to see how the treasury spends first. It's not about spending less, but whether the milestones match up: what needs to be delivered this quarter, and next quarter's budget should revolve around those few things. Address transfers shouldn't look like "friend circle transfers" at a glance. I tend to get nervous easily (especially when I see news about restructuring/consensus changes), but in terms of process, I hit pause: first wait for confirmation, check if the node distribution and permissions have become centralized again, then see if the treasury spending is on security, audits, and operations, rather than constantly on marketing. Recently, the hype around AI Agents and on-chain interactions for automated trading has been pretty intense, but I care more about whether they've clearly written risk control, permissions, and rollback plans... After getting used to it, I prefer to go slow this way, rather than pressing the "regret button" after the fact.
