SpaceX to release its IPO prospectus as early as next week, aiming to raise more than $70 billion
ME News reported on May 15: SpaceX plans to make its IPO prospectus public as early as next week. The global roadshow will begin on June 8, where the company will pitch to investors. The company secretly filed an application in April this year, targeting about $7.0–$7.5 billion in funding, with a listing valuation of up to $2 trillion—far exceeding the $1.25 trillion figure after the xAI merger. To better facilitate long-term overseas retail investors, advisors are seeking special selling channels via brokers in the UK, Japan, Canada, and other countries to secure allocations. The news also drove sharp gains in related shares such as Redwire, AST SpaceMobile, and Rocket Lab.
