I think I’ve finally figured out this round of the attention economy. The moment a hot topic changes, I start itching to jump in. Yesterday I was chasing A, and today I want to go for B again. Anyway, my brain is being pulled around by the K-line. In the end, the thing that’s lost might not be money—it’s your mindset.

Now I set rules for myself: don’t look at trending searches first—look at the plan. If it hasn’t been written into the plan, then treat it as if I never saw it; otherwise, I’ll end up as market “snack.” Lately, RWA, US bond yields, and on-chain yield products are always being compared side by side, and I’ll admit it tempts me too. But before anything else, I ask myself one question: do I really want to make some steady gains, or am I just chasing that kind of instant thrill from “everyone is talking about it”?

To be honest, what I fear most isn’t losing money—it’s losing control. Once I lose control, I start adding positions, changing strategies, and staying up late to stare at the charts; even snacks stop tasting good. For now, I’ll just wait—tonight I’ll resist the urge and not open the leaderboard…
