I find that stop-loss really is like a breakup, dragging on without deleting friends or moving away, saying on the surface "wait a bit longer," but in fact, every day you're paying interest + mental exhaustion.

The losses are already lost, accepting it actually helps me sleep better, watching the on-chain funding rates and priority fee jump up and down just makes me more annoyed.

Recently, I heard that some regions are raising taxes and tightening regulations, then loosening them again, causing expectations for deposits and withdrawals to shift.
Emotions follow the changes, and the more they drift, the easier it is to use "long-term" as an excuse to tough it out.

Honestly, my own "long-term" isn't that grand either, probably just a month to a quarter.
If I still feel self-congratulatory beyond that, it's probably because I don't want to admit I was wrong.
For now, that's it. Today, I'll cut what needs to be cut.
