Lately I've been looking at PFP, memberships, and brands—whether they are long-term value or short-term attention... Honestly, the images and avatars themselves don't have much moat; what really retains people is whether it's "easy to use": can the rights be fulfilled, are the rules stable, and are distributions and verifications done consistently, not switching between on-chain and off-chain forms. Currently, the incentives on testnets and the expectations for points are causing a lot of noise, and everyone is guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens. I'm actually more concerned about the implementation details—if the points suddenly become worthless overnight, the community will disperse. My biggest fear isn't slowness, but chaos—slow can be queued, but chaos means you have no idea what you're actually playing. That's all for tonight; before bed, I’ll lower the noise on my positions and emotions.
