Hedera's been on my radar too. Just broke above the Ichimoku cloud for the first time since 2021 — that's a clean technical signal. NVIDIA picked it as their preferred ledger partner, and on-chain USDC volume is expanding. At $0.09, if it holds the $0.23-$0.25 support zone, next resistance sits at $0.28-$0.30.

Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) is forming a cup pattern that's been building since January. It's approaching the neckline around $0.036, and July saw volume expansion — that's the kind of confirmation you want to see before a breakout. Currently trading at $0.01.

All of these best cryptos under $1 have something in common right now: they're not just moving on sentiment. There's institutional adoption, real on-chain metrics, technical confirmations, and actual use cases driving them. That's the kind of setup worth paying attention to in this market.
