just realized a lot of people still get confused about K, Million, and Billion, especially when you're scrolling through crypto or YouTube stats lol
so basically K is just short for kilo which means thousand. so 1K = 1,000. pretty simple right? 10K is 10,000 and 100K is 100,000. you see this everywhere when people talk about price targets or follower counts
now if you want to convert 1 million in K terms, that's 1,000K. yeah, 1 million equals 1,000 thousand. 1M = 1,000,000. same concept applies - 5M is 5,000,000 and so on. this is the number you see when talking about serious money or massive view counts
then there's Billion which is just huge. 1 Billion = 1,000,000,000. that's the kind of number you hear when discussing market caps or company valuations in crypto. 10 Billion is even crazier
if you're into crypto, YouTube, or any online work, you'll run into these numbers constantly. once you get the pattern it's super easy - K is thousands, M is millions, B is billions. helpful to know when you're reading through market data or seeing those viral numbers floating around
