Bitcoin overall shows a pattern of oscillating downward, starting a correction from the high point around 78,542 early this morning. During the oscillation and decline, it gradually broke below short-term support, with the lowest dip reaching the 77,126 area. The current price is around 77,713, showing weak consolidation. Ethereum's movement is highly correlated with Bitcoin, starting its downward trend from the high of 2,157 and dropping to the low of 2,105, displaying a consistent weak follow-through, highlighting the market's linkage.
On the daily chart, the downward channel continues to expand in an orderly manner. After experiencing a short-term weak rebound and completing a false breakout to gather strength, the market has successfully shifted to a steady oscillating downward rhythm. The bearish momentum is gradually releasing, driving the moving average system into a synchronized resonant downtrend. The EMA15 and EMA30 moving averages form strong resistance, with the middle band of the Bollinger Bands at $79,400 providing significant resistance. This pattern indicates that the market trend has clearly reverted to a bearish dominance, and this downward trend is relatively persistent and structurally stable. The four-hour chart continues with a weak decline, with prices consistently pressured below the channel's lower boundary, showing a one-sided weak downward technical feature, further solidifying the foundation for the daily bearish trend. Currently, the market pace indicates that bearish forces are still accumulating, and short-term rebounds are not trend reversals but typical false breakout shakeouts, mainly aimed at gathering momentum for further declines. Today's early operations should focus on rebounding and establishing short positions.
Specific trading suggestions: Continue to monitor the resistance at the 78,300-78,800 zone above, as well as the two levels at 79,300 and 80,800. If these resistances hold without breaking, consider going short from higher levels, targeting a downward move of 500-6,000 points.
