The post from X's product lead Nikita Bier. He clearly stated that they will update the API policy to prohibit mechanisms like creating fee pools for users who haven't consented or implementing "claim your fees" features, because this would harass others and generate spam.


The core issue is the "help others issue tokens and then have people claim fees" gameplay. The post was made in mid-February, and it received quite a response, with many people annoyed by this harassment.
$Clanker had already disabled this feature; it can only be deployed by the X account itself.
$Bnkr had not turned it off, which led to a social begging-style launch mode, where successful begging resembles an alpha effect upon listing, then resets to zero. This is also a key to easily winning the game.
Although I really dislike this approach, it does reflect good social attributes.
But it won't last long.
