Imagine if you had just listened to this guy back in 2013. DaVinci Jeremie from Chile posted a video at the time advising everyone to buy Bitcoin for one dollar. The price was around $117 back then. Sounds crazy? Well, who would have thought that Bitcoin would later rise to over $60,000.

DaVinci Jeremie’s wealth is probably significantly larger today than it was back then, and his message was actually simple: For the price of a lottery ticket, you can hold a coin and possibly become a millionaire. In the video, he said he didn’t want to make his followers happy if they come back in ten years and say they should have listened. He also explained how Bitcoin works as a digital currency and that you can send money over the internet with it, without intermediaries.

Later on Twitter, he reassured his community that Bitcoin crashes are normal. A follower then joked: Can you write a story next time about the ones who bought Bitcoin at $64,000? Another said he saw this guy on YouTube and almost bought 2,600 Bitcoin for 10 pounds. Now, in 2026, Bitcoin is around $77,460.

The same thing works with other coins too. If you put $200 into Dogecoin today at $0.11, you get about 1,818 coins. If DOGE goes to $50 in the next few years, that would be $90,900. That’s the kind of story people will tell in ten years. DaVinci Jeremie’s wealth and foresight are today a textbook example of what happens when you get in early.
