Rubio: Progress in US-Iran talks, but agreement remains uncertain

Golden Finance reports that on May 22, U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said on the 21st that negotiations between the United States and Iran have made some progress, but he cannot guarantee that an agreement will be reached. He also said that if a “good agreement” cannot be reached, “everyone is clear” about what other options the United States has.
