U.S. Senator Warren requests to delay the Federal Reserve Chair nomination hearing
After meeting with Kevin Wosh, the Fed chair nominee proposed by Trump, Warren urged that next week’s nomination hearing be postponed. She accused Wosh of failing to disclose details of at least $100 million in investments in his financial disclosures, disclosing only two Juggernaut Fund investments of no less than $50 million each, and—due to confidentiality agreements—not disclosing underlying assets, while pledging to sell only after being confirmed. Warren said this arrangement is not sufficient to evaluate potential conflicts of interest and that the hearing should proceed only after additional disclosures.
