Honestly, p2e games are still alive in 2025, it's just that now the ones remaining are truly playable. After the market crashed a couple of years ago and all the hype garbage disappeared, the projects that survived started building real things. It's not the same as three years ago.

I'm trying out some p2e games that seem to have potential. Illuvium remains solid if you like RPGs with strategy, especially if you stake. The token is at $4.58 now, and the early investors are still making good returns by combining active gameplay with rewards. Big Time is another one that has me hooked — the gameplay is smooth, the NFTs have real value, and teams are constantly traded.

Pixels on Ronin are more casual but addictive, like Stardew Valley but decentralized. The PIXEL token is at $0.01, and the community keeps growing nonstop. Heroes Nyan and Shrapnel are still in development but show a lot of promise if you know how to wait.

The reality is that if you play seriously, you can earn between $20 and $100 a month depending on the game and how much time you invest. It’s not about getting rich, but it’s real money. P2e games in 2025 are about enjoying playing first and earning afterward, not the other way around. That completely changed the game.
