Been reading about Netanyahu's background and it's interesting how much his family shaped his whole trajectory. His father Benzion was a historian with strong Zionist roots, and his mother Tzila Segal came from that same ideological world. That kind of intellectual foundation doesn't just disappear, right? It clearly influenced how he approached politics. Three marriages, two sons with his current wife Sara, plus a daughter from before. The whole family seems to be constantly in the public eye, which I guess comes with the territory when you're one of Israel's longest-serving PMs. Makes you wonder how much of his political decisions are tied back to that family legacy and those early influences. Pretty fascinating stuff when you dig into the personal side of these major political figures.
