just saw charlie noyes stepping down from paradigm as a general partner. pretty interesting move considering he's been there since he was 19 and basically helped build the whole thing from scratch over 8 years. the guy's been pretty influential in the crypto vc space, so curious what's next for him.

from what i read, charlie noyes isn't completely bouncing though - he's staying on as a board observer for their prediction market stuff and will keep supporting portfolio companies. sounds like a transition rather than a full exit. guess we'll find out what charlie noyes has cooking when he announces his next steps sometime next year.

paradigm's been pretty active in funding crypto projects, so losing a partner like that is probably worth paying attention to. wondering if this signals anything bigger happening in the vc space or if it's just a personal move for him.
