Lately I've been thinking about some metaphysical ideas, and they seem to make more and more sense.

First, the most practical point: a person's luck really has a lot to do with their appearance. These days, you can tell a lot about someone in just two minutes; appearance should come first, and someone looking sloppy will find it hard to attract good fortune. Words reflect a gentleman, clothing reflects a petty person—that's not just talk.

Then there's a very sobering realization: everything has its limit. Don't eat too much, don't be too good to others, don't help too much when busy, don't give your love too fully. Many people live exhausted because they don't grasp this balance. This might also be a kind of metaphysical wisdom—those who know how to leave space often have better luck.

And also, don't try to change others. Everyone has their own path, including your children and your partner—that's something I've gradually realized. If you can't change it, accept it. Some things simply can't be changed; instead of entangling yourself, it's better to let go.

When facing unfavorable situations, pause first. Impulsiveness is the most immature reaction; silence is auspicious, not causing chaos is good enough. This is actually a form of great wisdom in metaphysics. Another key point is tuning your frequency—resonance. When you're happy, good things will naturally attract to you. Kindness comes at a cost; who you sympathize with often bears the burden of their fate—this is also a form of energy exchange.

Some things can't be done because heaven is protecting you. The power outage, the car breaking down, being late, or even a breakup—remember, cherish what you have when you have it, and let go when you lose it. Think this way, and your mindset will be completely different.

The last two points are especially important: one is attitude. People die from anger, flowers die from neglect, and serious illnesses are often related to long-term emotional states. Health preservation is really about maintaining a good mindset; when you're in a good mood, everything will be better. The other is avoiding curses—either don't speak or speak properly. Complaining less, cursing yourself less—words can become prophecy. These metaphysical principles sound simple, but practicing them is a form of cultivation.
