Just now I got the itch to buy again, but I ended up closing the order page first... Now I force myself to ask: what information did I really gain this time, or am I just being pushed by the K-line and group sentiment? Honestly, if there's no new information, don't make excuses to increase your position.
Recently, the "compound yield" from staking and shared security has been criticized as a copycat, but I actually use it as a self-check: if I can't clearly explain where the yield comes from and where the risks lie, then it's probably just emotions driving my position. My little habit is to first look at the most boring stuff like on-chain data or node status (and I also post a chart to cool myself down), then wait 15 minutes. If I still want to buy after waiting, then I consider it; most of the time, I just... give up.
