Losing stop-loss really is like a breakup, dragging on without deleting chat records and constantly checking the other person's Moments, the more you look, the more your heart tightens. To put it simply, the loss has already happened; the time cost plus emotional cost are the real interest, the later you admit it, the more expensive it is. I used to stubbornly hold on, fantasizing "If it rebounds a bit, I'll get out," but the rebound never came, the big loss arrived first, and in the end, I blamed my own careless hands.

Recently, there are always people watching large transfers on the chain, and whenever exchanges' hot and cold wallets move, they shout "Smart money is coming/going," right? I also get caught up in the rhythm, but after reviewing, many times it's just me making excuses not to cut losses: turning the losses I don't want to face into "I'm tracking fund flows." Forget it, today I'll cut what needs to be cut, suffer for a while, it's better than suffering forever.
