JPMorgan Sees Tokenized Money Market Funds Capped at 10%–15% of Stablecoin Market

JPMorgan analysts said tokenized money market funds are unlikely to exceed 10%–15% of the stablecoin market without regulatory changes. The analysts said these funds currently account for about 5% of the stablecoin universe despite their yield advantage. JPMorgan said securities-law requirements limit their onchain circulation and keep stablecoins dominant in crypto cash use.
