I just learned more about these units on the exchange, and it turns out many people still mix them up. If 1b is how much, then it’s exactly 1 billion—that is, 1 thousand million. Usually you’ll see people write 1K as 1000, 1M as 1 million, 1E as 100 million, and 1B as 1 billion. Anything higher is 1T, which is equivalent to 1 thousand billion (that is, 1 nghìn tỷ). Knowing this helps when reading volume or market cap on exchanges, so you don’t misread the numbers. I’ve noticed a lot of new users get confused by these symbols, so I’m sharing this to be sure 😄
