Acorn Energy just reported their Q4 numbers and it's not looking great. Earnings dropped to $1.07 million compared to $5.23 million in the same quarter last year, which is pretty rough. The EPS fell from $2.08 to $0.42, and revenue took an even bigger hit—down 32.6% to $2.38 million from $3.53 million. So basically Acorn's bottom line took a serious retreat across all metrics. The revenue decline is what's catching my eye here. A drop that steep usually signals some underlying business pressure, not just seasonal fluctuation. Worth watching to see if this is a temporary dip or part of a larger trend for the company.
