Recently, I came across new L1/L2 incentives to boost TVL, and veteran users in the group are both rushing in and complaining, "Mining and selling," basically saying that phishing sites love to jump on the bandwagon during these times. For wallet security, I now focus on three red lines: never give anyone your seed phrase (not even customer service); don't click on "free claim" links, especially those that ask you to "authorize all assets/unlimited limits"; and if a website or pop-up has even the slightest oddity, better to close it and restart.

There's also a bad habit I’ve never been able to break: whenever I see a seed phrase prompt, I want to "screenshot and save" it... I always get a shock and quickly delete it. Anyway, I now use hardware wallets or separate accounts when possible, use dedicated addresses for airdrops, and try to keep interactions with my main wallet minimal. The experience is a bit worse, but at least I sleep more peacefully.
