Just caught Waters releasing their FY26 guidance and it's pretty interesting. They're looking at full-year organic revenue growth between 5.5% to 7.0% in constant currency, with total reported revenue expected to hit somewhere around $6.405 to $6.455 billion once you factor in their acquisitions adding roughly $3 billion. Non-GAAP EPS guidance sitting at $14.30 to $14.50 for the year.

For Q1 specifically, they're expecting organic constant currency growth in the 7% to 9% range, which is a bit stronger than the full-year outlook. Organic reported revenue for the quarter should land between $718 to $731 million, with total revenue hitting $1.198 to $1.211 billion. They're guiding non-GAAP EPS for Q1 at $2.25 to $2.35.

Looking at their actual Q4 results, revenue came in at $932.36 million, up 6.8% year-over-year. Adjusted EPS was $4.53 per share, though reported EPS was $3.77. Stock's down about 3.4% in pre-market trading at $368.24, so investors might be digesting the numbers. The growth trajectory looks solid but nothing that's going to blow anyone away at this point.
