K25.ai completes a $100 million valuation Pre-A funding round, with initial investment of $2 million from NASDAQ-listed company NIVF

Mars Finance News: K25.ai announced the completion of a Pre-A strategic financing round valued at $100 million. Nasdaq-listed company NewGenIVF Group Limited (NIVF) led the initial $2 million investment and obtained an investment option that can increase the amount up to $10 million. K25.ai said that the two sides also agreed on an APAC exclusive agency partnership, and that K25.ai co-founder(s) will join NIVF’s board of directors. K25.ai is an AI-native live streaming and view-to-predict platform for the APAC market, and it plans to assess advancing a potential listing through routes such as strategic transactions and reverse acquisitions.
