Honestly, every time a stablecoin loses its peg, it feels like "lining up at the bank door." No matter how beautiful the reserve statements look on paper, once people start doubting, the panic withdrawal happens faster than the data can keep up. Transparency is of course important, but even more so: you have to believe that others will believe too... which is very mysterious. Recently, watching Meme and celebrity calls that shift attention, newcomers rush in fiercely, while veteran players sigh on the sidelines, not wanting to take the final step. Actually, the same set of emotions can also transfer to stablecoins—normally indifferent, but when there's a slight disturbance, they start looking for an exit. I’m not sure where the next one will come from, but I personally try not to keep all my "cash" in one pocket; I split it up when I can, so I can sleep more peacefully.
