CryptoWorld News reports that the overseas version of CapCut today announced a partnership with Google Gemini, integrating its native video and image editing tools into the Gemini app. Users can use natural-language commands directly within the Gemini chat interface to invoke CapCut and complete video clip trimming, aspect ratio adjustments, and adding special effects—without leaving the current chat window. This follows Google’s Gemini Spark personal AI agent strategy unveiled at its I/O 2026 conference. Instead of building a dedicated special-effects library from scratch inside a general AI assistant, Google has chosen to have Gemini act as the “brain” to directly orchestrate an external, mature toolchain. CapCut’s official social media platforms have already confirmed that this feature is set to launch soon, while Google has not yet released an exact rollout schedule.
