The South Korean government announced on Thursday its vision to build a global artificial intelligence hub in the country, aiming to bring together AI capabilities from organizations worldwide to address challenges such as disease control and climate change. The Ministry of Economy and Finance of South Korea stated that the government announced plans to establish a global AI center, aiming to collaborate with nine international organizations and five multilateral development banks to promote cross-border cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence.
