Honestly, every time I get itchy to chase the rally, I first stop and ask myself: am I seeing new information, or am I being driven by that emotion of "if I don’t buy now, I’ll miss out" to add to my position. Information is usually reviewable: how on-chain funds are moving, who’s entering and who’s exiting; emotions are simple, just watching the candlesticks lengthen one by one, my mind automatically starts to soundtrack.

Recently, cross-chain bridges have had issues again, and oracles have experienced abnormal quotes; everyone suddenly learned the consensus of "waiting for confirmation"... but when prices rise, I secretly withdraw that consensus myself, which is quite funny. I’m also not sure when it counts as true confirmation, anyway my current approach is very crude: the more I want to chase, the smaller I cut my position, waiting until I’m no longer excited to decide. If I get it wrong, so be it—at least I won’t lose because of greed.
