Just now I got a bit itchy and wanted to chase the rally, but before opening the order interface, I forced myself to pause for three seconds: Is this wave of adding to my position "I understand it," or "I'm afraid of missing out"... Honestly, most of the time it's the latter. Recently, everyone has been watching large transfers on the chain, unusual movements in exchange hot and cold wallets, and often saying it's smart money entering the market. I also get caught up with a quick heartbeat, but upon calm reflection, there are too many reasons for wallets to move around, and interpreting it rigidly is actually easy to give emotions an excuse.

My current clumsy method is: if I can't clearly identify what the new information is, I default to emotions pushing the position, and I won't move the position for now, at most trying a small test.

Am I trading based on information or emotions?
Most likely, I'm trading emotions, so I should hold back first.
