Missouri Attorney General files lawsuit against CoinFlip, alleging its crypto ATMs facilitate fraudulent transactions targeting seniors and veterans. Requests the court to find the conduct illegal and prohibit operations in the state, with fines of $1,000 for each violation over the past five years, totaling up to $1.83M, and compensation for consumers. CoinFlip operates 136 machines in Missouri and 4,229 nationwide. Previously, Bitcoin Depot filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy due to lawsuits and regulatory pressure.
