According to the file of SpaceX released by Guru Club, the company granted CEO Elon Musk a package of 1 billion shares in January, depending on establishing a permanent Mars colony with at least 1 million residents. These shares also require SpaceX to reach a valuation of $7.5 trillion. In March, SpaceX awarded Musk an additional 302.1 million shares linked to building off-Earth data centers and reaching 12 valuation milestones, including a company valuation of $6.6 trillion. Musk must continue working at SpaceX to unlock any of the two bonus tranches. Separately, Tesla shareholders approved another compensation package for Musk, potentially worth up to $1 trillion, depending on achieving specific company goals.
