Recently, I've been looking at some PFP and membership systems. To put it simply, many projects first turn their avatars into tickets; when popularity rises, they call it a "brand." But during the initial cold start, it still relies on community trust and continuous rights fulfillment. Otherwise, attention will just fade away once the hype passes.

Now, I care more about whether holding this membership can actually provide some "useful" things over the next year, rather than just rebranding or changing narratives every day.

These days, staking unlocks and unlock calendars are being brought up again. It's normal for everyone to feel pressure and anxiety about selling... But I feel that a true brand isn't built on everyone collectively enduring unlocks, but rather on the community not falling silent when unlocks happen.
By the way, the thing I fear most isn't loss, but losing control—losing money I can accept, but losing control means rules and expectations can be changed at any time, forcing people to trade based on emotions.
That's all for now.
