These days, I’ve been bombarded by group messages and KOL tweets again, and I almost impulsively want to jump in.

Then I calculated the Gas fees and slippage, and realized that the cost of impulsiveness is even more expensive than the transaction fee.
To put it simply, emotions spread quickly in groups, and KOLs are more like amplifiers; in the end, the one paying the price is still your own wallet.
Now I’ve set a rule for myself: any “I’m about to buy in” gets added to my to-do list first, and I wait an hour to see if there’s actually an on-chain increase, otherwise I treat it as noise.
I have some doubts about social mining and the “attention is mining” model of fan tokens; attention is indeed valuable, but the value goes to the platform and project teams.
Retail investors are probably exchanging their time and emotions for uncertain chips… Anyway, I’ll first clarify the batch interactions and path calculations before making a move.
