The Yunnan Provincial Government issued an implementation plan to strengthen the construction of digital information superhighways and promote high-quality development of the digital industry,推动人工智能应用，实施“人工智能+”行动，部署行业垂直模型，研发南亚东南亚小语种多语言大模型，建设数据标注基地与高质量数据集，开放应用场景，建立重点领域智能体，推进AI创新中心与训练基地建设，面向南亚东南亚推广相关生成式AI应用并促进国际开源合作。
